PAYMENT: Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Registrants who have not made full payment will be declined entry to the event.
ADMISSION: Only registered delegates who have paid in full will be allowed into the conference area, including the conference meeting rooms, registration desk, coffee breaks and lunch.
PROGRAM CHANGE POLICY: Please note that speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing. However, circumstances beyond the organizer’s control may warrant substitution, alteration, or cancellation of the speakers and/or topics. As such, Asian Agribusiness Media Pte Ltd (AAM) reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/ or topics if necessary.
CANCELLATIONS: AAM does not provide refunds for cancellations received less than twenty-one (21) days before the event. For cancellations received in writing more than twenty-one (21) days before the conference, you will receive a full refund, less any banking charges that may have been incurred on your behalf. Alternatively, the sum can be credited towards another AAM conference for up to one year from the original event date. If AAM cancels the event, delegates will receive a full refund, less any banking charges that may have been incurred on your behalf. Alternatively, the sum can be credited towards another AAM conference for up to one year from the original event date. AAM is not responsible for any loss or damage due to a substitution, alteration, or cancellation/postponement of the event. AAM assumes no liability whatsoever if this event is canceled, rescheduled, or postponed due to a fortuitous event that renders this event impracticable or impossible in the organizers’ opinion. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, disease outbreak (human or livestock), extreme weather, or other emergency.

PHOTOS & VIDEOS: Asian Agribiz reserves the right to use all photos and videos taken at the conference across its print, digital, and social media platforms.
