Asian Agribiz’s 2026 Broiler Quality Conference saw more than 300 poultry professionals from 25 countries converge in Bangkok, Thailand, on August 3-4 to learn and raise their practical skills in broiler production.
The 14 expert speakers offered both big-picture and specific views on the industry, setting the context for the challenges producers face today. Their focus centered on Nutrition & feed efficiency; Gut health & biological efficiency; Genetics & performance potential; Early-life management; Meat quality & carcass yield, and much more.
Across both days, the sessions were grounded in practical applications, tools, and approaches to help producers make betterproduction decisions with commercial outcomes across the value chain.
Once again this year, the event was a sold-out success, with the science- and technology-based program setting a new benchmark for the industry in Asia.
Delegates see value
Thulitha Wanigasinghe, Director of Veterinary Services & Regulatory Affairs from Farmchemie Manufacturers in Sri Lanka, attended the conference for the second time. He was joined by eight clients.
“This conference helps us navigate problems and look for alternative solutions rather than sticking only to what we know in Sri Lanka,” said Mr Wanigasinghe, adding that the speakers and delegates from other countries helped the group understand how different markets respond to common challenges.
“What we gained most was an understanding of what the future may look like because our industry is constantly facing new challenges and targets,” he added.
Christine Clark, General Manager at Premium Agri Products in Australia, valued the mix of veterinarians and nutritionists who covered current issues in broiler and broiler breeder production. “It offered a good overview of what is happening in production and where we can help our customers improve production practices,” she said.
Naresh Ravi, Technical Area Sales Manager at Pericoli Asia Pacific in Malaysia, attended the Broiler Quality Conference for the first time. “The opening sessions on protein and amino acids were informative. My main takeaway was learning about developments in the industry,” he said.

The conference allowed sponsors to meet customers, discuss farm concerns, and connect with poultry professionals from across Asia.

Beyond the conference
At the end of each day, delegates had a chance for deeper learning through curated Technical Briefings that offered insights into key production challenges and practical solutions.
Innovad Group addressed the power of mycotoxin biomarkers while Kemin focused on precision nutrition for broilers. Jefo went back to basics on Salmonella and Coccidiosis in the industry, JRS dived into the impact of insoluble fibers on health and performance of poultry, and Zamira explained how ZamiGuard Clean Water improves water quality and broiler productivity.
