Poulta Pakistan expands global presence with new poultry tech

Pakistan poultry tech company Poulta is expanding into the Middle East with projects in Saudi Arabia. Khushbakht Ashraf, General Manager of Global Sales, told Asian Agribiz the company was building a global presence for its artificial intelligence-driven poultry tech solutions.

Within Pakistan alone, they have connected over 100 farms to their cloud-based system, which collects on-farm data using IoT devices. “We have also added automated weighing, 360 visibility, automated ventilation, and new modules on health to our software,” she said. The data collected from these farms now allows Poulta to offer predictive analysis on farm performance based on the region and climatic season.

They are building a central monitoring system in Saudi Arabia to bring all operations across the value chain online. “This will not only improve traceability but introduce new standards for how farms should operate,” said Ms Ashraf.
