Bangladesh needs more corn for its chicken


Challenges in importing corn are stifling the growth of Bangladesh’s poultry industry despite the market’s high demand for chicken. The USDA revised the country’s corn imports to 550,000 tons, down 73% yoy and a nine-year low due to a foreign exchange crisis and high prices from India.
