Healthy Food Asia 2023: Small but insightful event

306

Healthy Food Asia 2023 held in Bangkok was smaller than I thought, but it provided an excellent chance to stay up to a rapidly developing business and expand new networks.

There were around 30 exhibitors during the fair, with a central platform for speakers to present their insights on various themes. I spoke with various plant-based food providers, tried their meals, and saw how other visitors felt about mimic meats.

Green Spoons’ plant-based chicken dry mix was my best choice at the fair since I have never seen anything like it in Thailand, and the final product was delicious in terms of flavor and texture. I felt like eating real chicken nugget.

Co-founder Arada Vinaiphat was a cardiovascular disease researcher who attempted to create cuisine that is both healthy and enjoyable. It is a different way to create plant-based food for people who prefer to try new things and like cooking. After combining Green Spoons with cold water and oil, we may form the mixture into whatever shape we like and prepare it by frying, grilling, baking, or steaming.

Her product concept makes me think of one thing: if you cannot be the first in the market, be unique!
