Malaysia considers Russian grain to stabilize poultry price

Malaysian Agriculture and Food Security Minister Datuk Seri Mohamad Sabu has announced that the country plans to purchase grains from Russia for animal feed. “Russian grain has among the best quality and Malaysia is considering this as a potential resource to stabilize the production price and affordability of domestic poultry,” Mr Sabu said. He also suggested cooperation with Russia could be beneficial for both to expand trade for more agriculture and fertilizer products to be imported into Malaysia.
