Kerala reports new ASF outbreak

Kerala state in India has reported a new ASF outbreak in Kottayam district. Authorities have ordered the culling and burying of pigs from the affected farm. Measures have also been taken to close shops selling pork in the area, and to ban the transport of pigs, pork production, and feed to and from the disease area. This is the third outbreak reported in the state over the past two months. Kerala is taking strict measures to keep ASF from spreading.
