Indonesia is ready to supply chicken to Singapore, following Malaysia’s decision to ban chicken exports. After a recent meeting in Jakarta with the Singapore Food Agency (SFA), Nasrullah, Director General of Livestock and Animal Health at Indonesia’s Agriculture Ministry, said SFA has conducted inspections of some facilities and companies to ensure that they meet Singapore’s import requirements and food safety regulations. “This is a good opportunity for Indonesia, and we believe our products will be accepted,” he said.
