Provisur’s Soft Tissue Separator (STS) enables efficient separation of meat, poultry or fish bone fragments, tendons, cartilage and more. Patented Lutetia cold convection technology optimizes conditions for transfer between the surface of the meat and humidity in the air.

Provisur introduced new technologies during ProPak Asia 2022 in Bangkok, Thailand on June 15-18.

The exhibition covered the meat processing and packaging industry, featuring a wide range of technologies and solutions for meat and food, among others.
