We are excited about the Asian Meat Summit our first in-person event in a long while, which will take place on June 15 in Bangkok, Thailand. Presented in conjunction with ProPak Asia 2022, it is headlined ‘Meeting the changing tastes, habits and attitudes of the evolving meat consumer’. It would be of particular interest to meat and alternative protein producers, processors, and retailers. A key segment at the Summit would be on ‘Alternative protein and the evolving Asian consumer’. Led by Dr Diana Bogueva from the University of Sydney, she will address the growing demand as well as challenges in this spectrum, and what needs to be addressed.
