China beef imports remain robust in first nine months 


China’s beef imports have remained strong in the first three quarters, up 11% year-on-year (yoy) and reaching 1.73mt. Fresh and chilled beef imports had a stronger rebound in September, indicating a resilient premium market through the retail channels, Rabobank said in a report.
