Impossible debuts plant-based pork in Singapore

Impossible Foods has launched its plant-based pork alternative at restaurants across Singapore. The product,  made with soy protein concentrate, sunflower oil, and coconut oil, will be available in 36 restaurant brands island-wide. Impossible Pork is also nitrate-free however, it is not Halal-certified. According to an ISO-conforming Life Cycle Assessment, compared with conventional pork, Impossible Pork wins big on sustainability, using 81% less water and generating 77% less greenhouse gas emissions.
