Japfa Comfeed Indonesia recently introduced the ‘Meat Masterclass’ program in collaboration with Chef Degan Septoadji. Held at the Japfa Experience in Jakarta, the program is open to chefs, foodies, and executives who want to learn more about meat. “It aimed at providing an understanding of beef types and their origins, cutting techniques, the aging process, cooking, and taste,” said Chef Septoadji. Melvany Kasih, Business Development & Strategy at Japfa, said that the program offers a cooking class and understanding of beef.
