CP Foods will help mitigate climate change by improving operational efficiency, increasing renewable energy use, and implementing deforestation-free sourcing. Peerapong Krinchai, CPF Executive Vice President, said the company aims to be carbon neutral by 2030. CPF has adopted advanced technologies like automation systems, artificial intelligence, and IoT for its smart farms and factories. This will reduce water consumption and waste in production. In 2022, the company plans to reduce coal use and increase biomass energy use at its pig, layer, and food processing operations.
