Recovery in feed and commercial broiler sectors is expected to help Japfa Comfeed Indonesia reach record profits this year.
Japfa Comfeed Indonesia’s revenue and net profit could hit USD 3.04 billion and USD 135.37 million, respectively, in 2021, said Samuel Sekuritas.
Muhammad Farras Farhan, an analyst at the investment bank, said the projections are based on the stable selling prices and financial performance recovery that Japfa has shown since H1 2021.
“We believe the selling price of broiler and DOC can grow by 12% and 25% respectively, this year, increasing Japfa’s sales by 17%,” he added.
