The next 30 years will be a defining era for Asia’s agrifood innovation ecosystem according to a recent Lux Research report. Population growth, rapid urbanization, and an expanding middle class will exert pressure on Asia’s food system to keep pace. I would add to this environmental awareness and consciousness.
