Michael Boddington – Director

Michael graduated from the University of Adelaide (Roseworthy Campus) with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Agriculture and was awarded a Master of Business Administration from the University of New England.  Before founding AAR Michael was the Eastern Regional Manager for Alltech Biotechnology, a multinational feed additive business with responsibility for the Greater China Region.  He has lived in Asia for 10 years and before joining Alltech he was responsible for all aspects of business development, sales team management and development for PIC in Asia.  In addition to English Michael speaks basic Mandarin. David Faulkner – Director

David Faulkner graduated from the University of Sydney in 1981, completing a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics degree. He has worked in the Animal Health and Feed Industries since graduation in Australia, Brazil, China and throughout South-East Asia. His experience includes roles in sales, marketing, general management and regional management with companies such as SmithKline Beecham/Pfizer Animal Health, Fort Dodge Animal Health and Alltech Inc.
